This month we bring you Karimikui, a Kenyan coffee roasted by La Cabra from Aarhus, Denmark.
One of three wet mills in Kirinyaga, Karimikui is notable for its complex and labor-intensive process of coffee, which can take over three days. The coffee undergoes two stages of fermentation before being rinsed under the clean, snowmelt waters of the Nyamindi River.learn more about the coffee
